A GATEWAY TO SYSTEM DATA

The NAVIGATOR Wireless and the New Navigator TXB now provides Motor Cycle technicians with the latest tool for multi brand system diagnostics. As Motorcycle technology continues to evolve, and with the introduction of stricter emissions regulations, the ability to access information from the diagnostic socket will become even more important. This new diagnostic interface can be used in conjunction with a PDA or PC using either a standard Bluetooth or USB connection, and allows the technician to access the vehicles electronic systems for service lamp resetting, system identification, error reading/erase functions, system parameter evaluation, ECU configuration, component activations, setting functions for fuelling adjustments, key programming and much more.

By selecting the make, the model and the electronic system to test, you can easily access technical specification and wiring diagrams, and it also makes available a wealth of additional information, such as:

• Technical bulletins
• A diagnostic tool ready to establish communication with the specific system
• Detailed wiring diagrams of the systems and components for the vehicle selected
• Component location information.
• Technical datasheet with reference data and test procedures.

An additional feature of the IDC3 software is the ability to print or record diagnostic information from the vehicle, and save under the vehicle registration number. This allows the technician to recall the vehicle data, repair operations and test results in the future. Technicians can save valuable workshop time, as information previously saved will be quickly available on their diagnostic tool.

Software and Cables

Each Texa Navigator Tool purchased includes IDC software platform with all the above factory makes along with the hundreds of models included. TEXA cables have the necessary sockets attached to hook straight up to the bikes ECU connector, no messing around counting and locating pins.

In the prices outlined, the Navigator tool (including software) can be purchased with as many or as few cables desired. Cables can be ordered on an individual basis. With Software updates and availability to purchase any new cable connections the Navigator in never out of date. Navigator has 2 years warranty with dealer backup for updates and training.
